Abarenga miliyoni 17 bahitanwa n'indwara z'umutima buri mwaka

Kimwe n’andi mahanga, u Rwanda ruzizihiza umunsi mpuzamahanga wo kurwanya indwara z’umutima kuri iki cyumweru tariki ya 26 nzeri 2010, ku nsanganyamatsiko igira iti “Nkorana umutima”.

Nk’uko Dr Mucumbitsi Joseph abitangaza, kuri uwo munsi mpuzamahanga hateganyijwe ibikorwa byinshi birimo kwipimisha, ahanini hagamijwe kureba uko umuvuduko w’amaraso umeze. Muri ibyo bizamini hazarebwa ibiro by’umuntu, ingano y’isukari afite mu maraso, uko umutima we utera, n'ibindi... Byose bikaba bifasha mu kureba uko umuntu ahagaze. Si ibyo gusa biteganyijwe kuko hazabaho n’urugendo rw’umutima ruzaturuka kuri Stade Amahoro rukagera ku cyicaro cy’Ambasade y’Amerika ku Kacyiru, nyuma rugasorezwa kuri iyo Stade.


Indwara z’umutima zifashe gute ?
Nk’uko bitangazwa n’ubushashatsi bwakozwe, buri mwaka hapfa miliyoni 17,1 z’abantu bahitanywe n’indwara z’umutima, nyamara ngo 80% by’abo biba bishoboka ko bakwirinda ntibapfe hakiri kare. Mu kwizihiza umunsi mpuzamahanga w’umutima, hirya no hino ku isi haba ibikorwa bitandukanye birimo ibiganiro byigisha abantu kwirinda indwara z’umutima, gukora siporo zirimo kwiruka, koga, imikino n’ibindi.


Imiterere ya fondasiyo y’umutima
Fondasiyo y’umutima ni umuryango umaze imyaka 10 ugiyeho ukaba ukorera mu bihugu 200 byo ku isi harimo no mu Rwanda, nk’uko twabivuze haruguru. Hakorwa iki mu kwirinda indwara z’umutima
Mu nama zitangwa n’abaganga zatuma abantu bagabanya ibyago byo kurwara indwara z’umutima, harimo kurya imbuto nyinshi kandi buri munsi ; umuntu akanihatira kurya imboga, kuri buri funguro afashe. Ni ingenzi nanone kwirinda amafunguro arimo umunyu mwinshi, kuko , ngo utuma habaho kwifunga kw’imwe mu mitsi ijyana amaraso mu mutima, maze bigatuma amaraso adatembera neza mu mubiri, aribyo biviramo umutima uburwayi. Nyuma yo kubahiriza izi nama tuvuze haruguru, ni byiza kandi ngo gukora siporo nibura iminota 30 buri munsi kuko bigabanya ibinure bikanatuma amaraso atembera neza mu bice byose by’umubiri. Kwirinda kunywa itabi nabyo ni kime mu birinda kwandura indwara zumutima, kuko itabi rayngiza ibice by’ibihaha kandi aribyo biyungurura amaraso.
